Sikshana runs the largest non-Govt scholarship program in the State, with a coverage that is expected to reach out to 1000 students by June 10.

They initially started out as a research programme in the area of Women and Children's health and Nutrition. They have introduced the Zero Garbage pilot project in Gandhinagar. The initiative was started in early 2009, thus spreading the message of "Clean City" as Bengaluru is known to be the Green City.
